Made especially for us in Kolkata, we feel this A432 tuned surpeti or sruti box is the equal in tone and sustain to any in the market. It measures 16 by 11 by 2 3/4 inches and weighs 8 pounds. It is the same size as other standard shruti boxes. The sound quality is very good and our shruti boxes is widely used in Yoga studios, sound healing and sound therapy.
It has 13 chromatic reeds going from C to an octave above, so you can get choose any note as a tonic and get its fourth or fifth. This surpeti comes with a padded carrying case.
