Returns — India orders
We accept returns on India orders within 7 days of delivery, on approved returns only.
Contact us first on WhatsApp or phone at 98335 99433, or email bhargavamusical@gmail.com, with your order number. We'll confirm whether the return is approved and tell you where to send it.
Instruments must come back in the condition they were received — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the instrument arrived damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered. In those cases we cover the return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the instrument, refunds are processed within 7 days to your original payment method. There is no restocking fee. We do not offer exchanges.
International orders
We cannot accept returns on international orders. Two-way international shipping often costs more than the instrument itself.
Instead, we support overseas customers directly — by phone, WhatsApp or video call — for setup, tuning and troubleshooting, for as long as you need it.
Sale policy
Whenever we have a sale or a special offer, customers whose items were shipped within 10 days of the start of the sale are eligible for a refund of the difference – please contact us to arrange it. Sale discounts cannot be combined with any other discount.
Your privacy
Bhargava Musical Enterprises will never sell or share your information with anybody for marketing.
- Your address is used to verify your payment and to ship your order.
- Your phone number is used to verify your payment and to contact you if there is a problem with your order.
- Your email address is used to confirm your order and send you tracking information.
We do not make sales calls because you placed an order. If you join our mailing list, you will receive occasional emails from us – and only us – about new instruments, offers and useful information. You can unsubscribe at any time.
