Rassiwala Dholak (Rope-Tuned)
The dholak is one of the most popular folk drums of North India, heard at bhajans, qawwalis, weddings and family celebrations. This rassiwala (rope-tuned) dholak is made from good, durable wood, with its two heads tightened by traditional rope lacing.
The treble side gives crisp, bright strokes, while the bass side delivers a warm, deep thump – perfect for folk rhythms and devotional music.
