Made in Kolkata, this Vilayat Khan style (Gandhar Pancham) travel sitar has a very nice sound. It has a built in pickup, so you can play either acoustic or electric. It is 46 inches long, 12 inches at the widest, and only 2 3/4 inches deep. Comes with a padded gig bag. This sitar is really light in weight and easy to travel with. Only once it passes our sound/quality standards do we ship the instrument out.
